Major US Hotel Corp Seeks Director Operations/Hotel Managers (#2) for 3
Locations - Orlando, Dallas and Southern California. This is a fast track GM assignment that successful candidates need to be ready to assume their own Hotel as GM within a year. Limited service Courtyard or Residence GMs from good solid operational companies where they can come in and in a year or two be a GM with us of a full service hotel. We are looking for candidates who have energy and know that they wont get where they want to be if they stay in limited service. Awards and recognition help to show that they have talent. Highest GSI in a Courtyard for two years kind of stuff really helps us understand their ability to be successful. COMPENSATION: $85-110K PLUS BONUS, RELOCATION AND MAJOR COMPANY BENEFITS |
